Try and keep the questions straight forward but with enough context. For example: What Expat shops are available?, How do I convert my driving license?, Can I travel in the Schengen area with my verblijfstitel? or What topics are covered in your knowledgebase?.

Avoid asking very simple questions as you might receive an answer, but not in the context you are looking for. For example:OV card?, Gemeente?, Lost? or Dutch people?
